Last time, I wrote about Mind Chi. Today, I thought I’d explain more about me as a GCologist® using the GC Index®.
Let’s start by asking you a couple of questions?

Like me, I suspect you have done many psychological profiles over the years. For me they always had the ‘So what?’ question and in need of a translation into ‘so what does this mean for me…?’

I intrinsically ‘know’ that is me, as I love nothing more than ‘seeing’ that potential in people and organisations and being a catalyst to unlock it. That is when I am in my zone and why my energy for this is unstoppable. It never feels like work, just pure joy!
