Flow Grow Flourish is a partnership between three individuals who have been where you are (and still are).
Kerry, Jill & Robert bring their vast experience, practical knowledge and proven toolkits to help clients grow themselves and their businesses.
We keep it simple because running a business is challenging enough!
We do it through coaching, training and mentoring because we know that everyone is different and at different stages in their journey.
Having worked with small business owners for many, many years, we love working with entrepreneurial energy, creativity, and that grit & determination you need to create success.
We do it because we believe that small businesses, run well, can have a positive impact on communities and the world. It’s never too late to start living your dream and if that is what you want to do, we can help you do it!

Yes – there are 3 of us! Between us, we have a broad spectrum of industry and career experience. We’ve been on very different journeys to get here. We’ve all learned from mistakes, disappointments and failure and we’ve all had successes and achievements we are proud of.
We know that growing a business rarely happens in one straight easy line.So, think of us as an extension of your team – here to support you through the challenging times and cheer you from the side lines every time you achieve success, improve your results and make the progress you reach for.
2. We tailor our support around your needs as well as working on your business.
We are all different, on different stages of our journey and we all have different dreams of how we want our lives and businesses to be. So, we don’t offer a must follow ‘blueprint’ or a ‘this is a magic bullet’ type strategy.
Wherever you are right now, if you are willing to put in the work necessary to implement the changes you want to see, we can help you with business coaching/mentoring and/or training to enable you to get to where you want to be.
