1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by Flow Grow Flourish, hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
1.2. By accessing our website and/or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services
2.1. We offer training & coaching services aimed at small business owners.
2.2. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without notice at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the training & coaching sessions.
3.2. Clients must adhere to scheduled appointments and give reasonable notice if they need to reschedule or cancel.
3.3. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions taken based on the training & coaching sessions, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from such decisions.
4. Payments
4.1. Clients agree to pay the fees for training & coaching services as outlined in the agreement between the parties.
4.2. Payment terms, including methods of payment and due dates, will be specified in the agreement.
4.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4.4 – Payment Plans – when offered, are there to assist our clients with affordability and cashflow. When we make an agreement with you to pay for training & coaching by instalments, each of those agreed payments must be made by you even if you choose not to complete the training or if you finish the training before all of the payments due have been made. Please let us know if you have difficulty in meeting your obligation for a payment plan you have agreed with us. We will always try and be flexible and fair with our clients but we expect Payment Plans to cover our fees to be honoured in full and we will pursue debt recovery together with the recovery of any additional costs we incur as result of having to take this action, as a last resort.
4.4 Refunds – because of the nature of our business refunds will not be available on any orders completed in the name of a business whether Limited or not. Orders placed by a named individual will be subject only to the usual 14 days cooling off period. Thereafter, refunds will not be available either.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. We will maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by clients during training & coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law.
5.2. Clients agree not to disclose confidential information shared during coaching sessions without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All materials provided as part of the training & coaching services, including but not limited to documents, videos, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Flow Grow Flourish and may not be reproduced, shared or distributed without our permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on our website.
